1. Eligibility
To use 365taya, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, you are not permitted to use 365taya and must close your account immediately.
365taya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. This may include a government-issued ID, utility bill, or other documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until compliance is confirmed.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 365taya and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money betting on the platform.
2. Account Registration
Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on 365taya. Creating more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, or device — is a violation of these terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses or winnings may be voided.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365taya login credentials. All activity carried out under your account — whether by you or by any third party — is your responsibility. Never share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the 365taya support team immediately via live chat.
- Accounts must be registered with your real personal details — no pseudonyms accepted.
- You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to another person.
- Accounts with no activity for an extended period may be subject to inactivity review.
- 365taya reserves the right to close accounts at its discretion, with notice provided where possible.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits to 365taya must be made using the payment methods listed on the platform. Accepted methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is ₱100.
Deposits are generally credited instantly for e-wallet transactions. Bank transfer timings may vary depending on the sending bank. 365taya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Most e-wallet withdrawals clear within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
365taya reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard compliance measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the account holder.
- All amounts are in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP).
- Only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
- Funds deposited for betting cannot be treated as savings — 365taya is not a banking institution.
- Processing fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of transaction.
4. Betting Rules
All bets placed on 365taya are subject to the specific rules of the market or game selected. General betting rules apply across all sports and events, while individual sport and game rules may apply additional conditions. It is the member's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable rules before placing a wager.
Once a bet is confirmed on 365taya, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended unless the relevant event is postponed, cancelled, or the market is declared void under our settlement rules. Always review your bet slip carefully before confirming — errors submitted will not be reversed.
Minimum bet stakes are ₱50 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 365taya reserves the right to limit stakes for any member at any time, at its sole discretion.
- Bets placed on markets that open in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a technical issue) may be voided.
- 365taya reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors.
- Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and market conditions at the time of placement.
- Accumulator bets require all selections to win. If one selection is void, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.
5. Promotions & Bonuses
365taya regularly offers promotions including deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and enhanced odds. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, eligible markets, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the Promotions page and take precedence over any general statement about a promotion.
Bonus funds and free bets credited to your 365taya account must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games or markets will be stated clearly for each offer.
Promotions are intended for recreational use by eligible members. 365taya reserves the right to withhold bonus benefits from accounts where abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, placing bets on opposite outcomes across different accounts, using software to game promotional terms, or any other behavior deemed to be in bad faith.
- Only one active welcome bonus per new member is allowed.
- Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
- 365taya reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Prohibited Conduct
365taya maintains a fair environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Match-fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event you are betting on.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the 365taya platform.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or interfere with the platform's systems or security features.
- Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
- Engaging in money laundering or using 365taya for any illegal financial activity.
- Providing false or misleading information at registration or during account verification.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 365taya staff or other members in any way.
365taya cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies. Any activity that appears to be fraudulent or criminal in nature will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
7. Bet Settlement
Bets on 365taya are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or the recognized official source for that competition. In the event of a dispute about a result, 365taya's decision — made after consulting available official data — is final.
If a match or event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours of its original start time, bets will generally remain valid for the rescheduled fixture. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets are governed by the rules specific to the market in question.
For events that are abandoned before completion, settlement will be based on the portion of the event completed, subject to market-specific rules. Markets that cannot be settled based on completed play will be voided.
- Most standard markets (match result, over/under) are settled within minutes of the final whistle.
- More complex markets (goalscorer, player props) may take longer to settle pending official confirmation of results.
- Winnings are credited to your 365taya wallet automatically after settlement.
8. Privacy & Data
365taya collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 365taya.best/privacy-policy. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
We use your data to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required.
9. Responsible Gaming
365taya is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow members to set deposit limits, time limits, and to self-exclude from the platform temporarily or permanently. These tools are available in your account settings and through our support team.

- Deposit limits can be set to daily, weekly, or monthly amounts.
- Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- 365taya will never market directly to a member who has self-excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
365taya is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain a stable and reliable platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on the member's side, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In no event shall 365taya's liability to a member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
365taya is not liable for any third-party services used in connection with the platform, including payment processors, data providers, or internet service providers. Any issues with these services should be directed to the relevant provider.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
365taya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice where the circumstances require immediate action. Reasons for suspension include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of betting rules, identity verification failure, and prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be unable to place bets or process withdrawals until the matter is resolved. 365taya will communicate with you via the registered email address on your account during any investigation process.
Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 365taya support team. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding restrictions, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via your preferred withdrawal method.
12. Changes to These Terms
365taya may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes via email or an on-site notice, but it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
Continued use of 365taya after the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material change to the terms, you may close your account by contacting our support team before the changes take effect.
